Mes premiers éclairs ! Ils sont aux fruits rouges (ganaches et glaçage). Goût très punchy, et esthétique plutôt agréable à l'oeil. Un peu déçue du glaçage qui ressemble plus à une "mousse" toutefois.
Pâte à choux + ganache à base de crème pâtissière + glaçage.
